Le sel (sodium) est un exemple d\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte. Les autres incluent le potassium, le calcium, le magn\u00e9sium, le chlorure, et le bicarbonate.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La formation des selles et \u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>H\u00e9berge le fameux microbiote intestinal<\/strong>, une communaut\u00e9 complexe de micro-organismes b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques. Tout d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre dans cet \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me peut entra\u00eener des inflammations et compromettre le syst\u00e8me immunitaire, avec des r\u00e9percussions sur la sant\u00e9 globale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9gulation du transit<\/strong>&nbsp;: le p\u00e9ristaltisme (mouvement du G.I.) aide \u00e0 propulser les selles vers le rectum.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Des recherches scientifiques r\u00e9centes (* voir lien en bas d\u2019article) ont \u00e9tabli des liens entre la sant\u00e9 du microbiote intestinal et diverses conditions, notamment&nbsp;dans :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Les troubles digestifs,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L\u2019immunit\u00e9<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les maladies auto-immune<\/strong> (spondylarthrite ankylosante, c\u0153liaque, maladie de Crohn \u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les maladies d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives<\/strong> (Alzheimer, Parkinson, Scl\u00e9rose En Plaque\u2026.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong>. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cas d\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autisme, \u2026<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que \"deuxi\u00e8me cerveau\", <em><u>le Gros Intestin est dot\u00e9 d'un plus grand nombre de neurones que le cerveau lui-m\u00eame,<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenir la sant\u00e9 du gros intestin est donc essentiel pour assurer le fonctionnement optimal du syst\u00e8me digestif et le bien-\u00eatre global de l'organisme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Perspective de la M\u00e9decine Traditionnelle Chinoise (M.T.C.) :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les Chinois ont fait les m\u00eames constats que la m\u00e9decine occidentale sur sa fonction de r\u00e9absorption des liquides, transforme les selles et contr\u00f4le le mouvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que nous pouvons noter de diff\u00e9rents&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il fait partie de <strong>l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment M\u00e9tal<\/strong>, coupl\u00e9 avec le Poumon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(En M.T.C. il y a 5 \u00e9l\u00e9ments&nbsp;: Bois, Feu, Terre, M\u00e9tal, Eau&nbsp;: que je d\u00e9velopperai dans des articles prochains)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pouvons traiter le Poumon et Gros Intestin tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, cependant c\u2019est dans sa saison \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, \u00e0 l\u2019Automne (<strong>calendrier chinois de mi-aout \u00e0 mi-octobre<\/strong>), que <strong>les soins seront le plus impactant<\/strong> pour le corps, car nous b\u00e9n\u00e9ficions de l\u2019\u00e9nergie de la Terre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le m\u00e9tal est en lien avec la s\u00e9cheresse, la peau, l\u2019odorat, les poils et cheveux, la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019int\u00e9riorisation, la tristesse, la saveur piquante, \u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7a veut dire quoi&nbsp;? Que lorsqu\u2019une personne aura des probl\u00e8mes de peau, d\u2019odorat, de s\u00e9cheresse, ou une tristesse persistante, nous regarderons la sant\u00e9 du gros intestin et du poumon, son organe coupl\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Poumon est dit, le ma\u00eetre du \u00ab&nbsp;Qi&nbsp;\u00bb (\u00e9nergie, souffle, prana)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque le \u00ab&nbsp;Qi&nbsp;\u00bb du Poumon est alt\u00e9r\u00e9, il ne donnera pas assez d\u2019\u00e9nergie au gros intestin et cela pourra entrainer des constipations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ou<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment m\u00e9tal (Poumon, GI). <\/strong>Le m\u00e9tal gouverne le climat de la s\u00e9cheresse et pourtant le Gros Intestin gouverne les liquides, \u00e7a parait bizarre et en m\u00eame temps, le G.I. en bon \u00e9tat de fonctionnement est capable de r\u00e9absorber la bonne quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau. Pas assez d\u2019eau donnera de la constipation et trop de la diarrh\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notons que certains troubles du transit seront en M.T.C. li\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u2019autres fonctions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemple&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Une stagnation de Qi du Foie<\/strong> peut s\u2019exprimer par&nbsp;: une \u00e9motion de frustration, de col\u00e8re, des maux de t\u00eate possible, trouble du cycle f\u00e9minin, etc\u2026 et aussi entrainer une constipation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le \u00ab&nbsp;Qi&nbsp;\u00bbde la Rate peut \u00ab&nbsp;s\u2019effondrer&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong> et provoquer un prolapsus rectal\/uterin ou du sang dans les selles, des h\u00e9morro\u00efdes et des selles molles voir liquides.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Au niveau mental et \u00e9motionnel,<\/strong> il donnera la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u00e2cher prise et ne pas s\u2019attarder sur le pass\u00e9.
